Cancellations
We understand that in life things can happen that are unplanned and that we can’t control.
Please try and be mindful that setting up for appointments takes time.
We ask at least 48 hours notice of any cancellation.
This saves disappointment for any client who may be tuned away who could have had your slot.
If 48 hours notice isn't given you will lose your deposit and may be liable to pay the rest of your appointment fee.
This is at the owners digression.
At very least you may automatically be blocked from being able to book an appointment with us in the future.
Housekeeping
On the day of your appointment please make sure to arrive on time your appointment (please do not arrive early or late) with clean hands and / or feet.
If you arrive early; we operate a "chap door and wait" system,
you may be asked to wait outside until your appointment time.
If you are going to be late please let us know as soon as you know you're running late. If you are lost call us!
Clients who are over 7 minutes late for any appointment,
may be turned away and 100% charge will stand for booked treatment.

Vegan and Cruelty Free Salon
We have taken time and looked into all of the products we use to ensure all our nail treatments that we advertise as being vegan friendly and CF meet guidelines to be that, We deem this to mean they they do not contain product or biproduct derived from animals and that they have not been tested on animals.
If you wish to know more about the products we use please get in touch and we will be happy to advise.
